Dear OSU Students:
Want an internship abroad? Ohio International Intern Program (TOP) can help you find a placement in horticulture, agriculture (dairy, swine, equine, crop production, machinery), oenology and turfgrass sciences outside of the United States.
Our partnership network includes Netherlands, UK, Germany, France, Denmark, and Australia. If you are interested in doing internship in certain countries like China, Kenya, Souh Africa, Ohio Program will try our best to help. But please understand that according to visa policies, the procedure will be longer.
Program coordinators will pre-screen each applicant and promote the applicant to our international partner organizations. The specific type of your internship depends on your qualifications, education and experience. The Program also assist and advise on insurance, travel, visa etc.
Fees & Costs
*Attention: fees and costs vary among target countries and length of internship (from 3 to 12 months). The cost of health insurance will be different too. Typically, these following costs should be considered:

Application fee, currently $350

Partner organization fee, starting about $300

Visa fee and work permit fees, $0-$250

Health insurance, $2-$4 per day

Travel expenses, $500-$2000
Wages
Interns could receive remuneration or wages from host compaines abroad.
